What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup of almond or oat milk
  • Half or full apple
  • 1 scoop of Vegava Premium Vegan Protein Blend in Apple Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar 
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts

Instructions:

  • Cut apple into bite sized pieces
  • Place all ingredients in a jar and mix or shake up
  • Leave in fridge overnight
