Okay, so how do you make vegan pancakes? It's way simpler than you think. Almost as easy as normal pancakes, just involves a few more ingredients.
Step One: Add all the ingredients
Add all your ingredients with the exception of the chocolate chips and coconut oil to your blender.
Step Two: Blend away
Blend up those ingredients in your blender until there are no clumps. No one wants clumpy pancakes!
Step Three: Time to cook
In your cast-iron skillet, add the coconut oil and heat it up on medium-high heat before pouring your batter in to make your pancakes. Each pancake will need about 3 minutes per side to cook.

Recipe:
1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
1/2 cup Vegava Vanilla Protein
1 1/2 cups almond milk or any plant-based milk
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 vegan egg substitute or 1 egg
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
coconut oil for cooking
To a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Blend for 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth and no clumps.
