Pumpkin Spice Protein Overnight Oats

Protein overnight oats are a tasty and healthy breakfast or snack that requires 5-10 minutes of preparation, making your mornings easier. Combining our Premium Vegan Protein Blends is a great way to add extra plant based proteins and minerals to your diet that help your muscles recover and grow. 

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup of almond or oat milk
  • Pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of Vegava Premium Vegan Protein Blend in Maple Brown Sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar 
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • ¼ cup of pecans

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a jar and mix or shake up
  • Leave in fridge overnight
  • In the morning, add any extra toppings you'd like and enjoy!
