Vegan Overnight Protein Packed Oats

Overnight oats are some of the easiest and tastiest meals to have in the mornings, they are quick and tasty and take 5-10 mins to prepare the night before. 

We have 3 quick, easy and delicious tasting overnight oats that are infused with our Premium Protein Blends that pairs great with a quick morning sweat session. 

These recipes are simple and can be changed to fit any of your preferences. With Vegava supplements your body will be able to gain additional nutrients that can help you stay energized for the day.


Directions

  1. Pour rolled oats into a container or cup.
  2. Add your additives into the cup (dark chocolates, seeds and nuts, shredded coconut).
  3. Shake it up to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix your choice of milk and premium protein blend with a frother or fork until it becomes a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into the cup of oats and additives.
  5. Stir all the ingredients together.
  6. Place the cup into the fridge overnight.
  7. In the morning, add any extra fruits and enjoy!

Ingredients

The Chocolate Infused

  • ½ cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp. Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk you prefer)
  • 1 scoop of Vegava Chocolate Premium Protein Blend
  • Optional: Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Flax seeds.
  • Optional Morning Toppings: blueberries and strawberries.

The Sweet Maple Brown Sugar

  • ½ cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop of Vegava Maple Brown Sugar Premium Protein Blend
  • ¼ cup of almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk you prefer)
  • Optional: Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Flax seeds.
  • Optional Morning Toppings: apple slices.

Creamy Coconut Vanilla

  • ½ cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop of Vegava Vanilla Premium Protein Blend
  • ¼ cup of almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk you prefer)
  • Optional: Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Flax seeds.
  • Optional Morning Toppings: blueberries and strawberries.
